What is Plasma Treatment?

Plasma Treatment injections are used to rejuvenate skin via a harmonious blend of dermal fillers, combined with your own Plasma, to naturally contour and add volume to your face. This rich, concentrated serum is designed to yield more powerful and longer-lasting results than other injectables frequently used for skin rejuvenation.

How Does it Work?

A small vial of blood is drawn from your arm before being spun in a centrifuge that separates red blood cells from plasma. This process is specifically designed to quadruple the platelet count from what it normally is, so the plasma can be activated and injected into the skin. The activated serum causes the body to respond as if it were injured, thus kick starting the healing process with increased collagen production.

Plasma is then injected into those same areas to optimize further collagen remodeling. The addition of Plasma allows for longer-lasting results than just a filler treatment alone. Side effects include swelling and bruising, similar to a filler treatment.
• Microneedling with Plasma: With this microneedling treatment, rather than using a topical hylauronic acid (HA) to infuse into the skin, we use Plasma for more collagen remodeling than HA alone

Is it Painful?

Plasma injections are not painful and there is no downtime following treatment. There might be some redness for two to three days afterwards, but this can be easily concealed using mineral make-up. Bruising is possible, but rare.
